Talenox Q2 2025 Updates: Light on Features, Heavy on Impact!

We’re more halfway through the year, and the Talenox Q2 2025 updates are here! While this quarter’s product release is leaner than usual, the features we’ve rolled out are powerful additions, especially if you’re managing payroll in Hong Kong or Singapore.

Before we dive in, a huge shoutout to our engineering team for building and shipping these enhancements. Whether it’s file generation for eMPF or new bank file support for Aspire users, these updates are designed to make your payroll processes smoother, faster, and more compliant.

eMPF File Export Now Available in Hong Kong

One of the biggest highlights in this quarter’s updates is the newly launched eMPF file generation feature for Hong Kong companies.

If your team has started using the eMPF Platform, you can now generate a ready-to-upload CSV file directly from your Talenox account! No more formatting hassles or manual edits.

To get started, head over to Company > Profiles, and under Payroll Details, enable the “eMPF Submission” option. You’ll need to enter your eMPF Scheme and Payroll Group ID. Here’s a detailed setup guide if you need help.

Once your payroll has been processed, go to Month Total, click Export Bank Payments/MPF, and choose eMPF > CSV to generate your submission file. Full steps here.

If your company has employees under different MPF schemes, don’t worry, you can assign different eMPF details to employees using Cost Centres. When exporting, simply choose the relevant group. We’ve got a full guide for that too.

Aspire Bank File Now Supported in Singapore 

Next up, support for Aspire FT Pte. Ltd. as a bank option in Talenox!

If you’re using Aspire to disburse salaries, you can now generate a bank file from Talenox that’s fully compatible with Aspire’s GIRO batch upload system.

To set it up, go to Company Details > Bank Details, and select Aspire FT Pte. Ltd.. Once you’ve entered your bank details (account number, account holder name, SWIFT code), you’re all set.
