Improved Payslip Generation; Case of the Missing Logos Finally Solved

Some of you noticed that the logos were missing after generating payslips. In addition, we’ve also made some tweaks on the backend so that generating payslips now takes a shorter time!

Leave Applications Now Synced to Deputy Scheduler

The integration of our Leave app to Deputy is now complete. This means that all new leave applications – provided they are approved – are now synced to Deputy’s scheduler. This is now live 🙂

🇲🇾 Malaysia: Form EA and Form E 

For our friends across the causeway, we’re currently working on making Form EA and Form E available on Talenox, so that it’ll be easier to fill them out and print. This is now live!

2-Factor Authentication

For those keen on tighter security for their Talenox accounts, we’ve introduced 2-factor authentication. You now have the option of linking your Talenox account to Google Authenticator. Once it’s been set up, you can start logging in with your email address and the OTP (one-time password) sent to your mobile phone. To set it up now, check out our how-to guide.

1-Click IRAS Submission on Talenox FREE

Many of you got to try out Talenox FREE during this year’s IR8A season. What was your experience like? In case you haven’t heard, you can use a Talenox FREE account to run payroll and submit IR8A forms easily and directly from our Payroll app. If you didn’t get to try it out this year make sure to do so next tax season! (Ok not really a feature update, we know…)

Collaboration with DBS Start Digital

We’ve teamed up with the DBS team once again – this time with their DBS Start Digital programme, which aims to bring affordable digital services to SMEs that are just starting out. With this partnership, new Talenox users get to enjoy the first 6 months of an 18-month contract for FREE! Read more about it!

Payroll Processing When No-Pay Leave Falls on a Public Holiday

We know things can get a little tricky when one of your staff has an approved no-pay leave on a public holiday. As such, we’ve added a new layer to payroll that will ask Admins to confirm if they want the payment to be deducted on a PH, as PH is paid if it falls on a working day.

AND for those who rely a lot on reports for accounting and auditing purposes, our Reports Module is currently in the final stages of refinement. Expect to see it live in about a month’s time 🙂
