How-to: Set up your StaffAny-Talenox Integration

The work of an HR manager never ends. HR managers spend hours and sometimes days tracking employee work hours, running payroll, reviewing leave applications and so, so much more. However, with the new Staffany-Talenox integration, you’ll be able to dramatically cut down on the number of hours spent doing just that.

This integration will greatly benefit current Talenox or StaffAny users who need a quick and direct way to import non-regular employee work hours into a payroll system to process. It’s a simple time tracking and payroll solution that allows our users to do more with less.

To get started, you’ll need to complete a one-time setup. Follow these steps to connect your Talenox account to StaffAny.

Step 1: Adding your employees into Talenox

1.1. Click on the ‘Profile’ icon to begin creating your employee profiles.

1.2. To import multiple employees at one go, click on the ‘Employee Listing’ icon, followed by the ‘Import Employees into Talenox’ button.

1.3 You will be directed to a Google Sheet, where you will be asked to fill in all the necessary employee details.

While adding employees, take note of the employee ID column as shown below. This number is required for both Talenox and Staffany to identify the specific employee.

1.4. After filling out the Google Sheet, return to the Talenox page to import the information.

Step 2: Copying the API token from Talenox

2.1 Click on the down arrow on the top right-hand corner. Select ‘API Settings‘.

2.2 Then, head over to the StaffAny app. Under the ‘Settings’ tab, click on the ‘Integrations‘ icon. Paste the copied API token onto the Payroll Integration field, and save the information.

Step 3: Sync employee details between Talenox and StaffAny

Note: If you are importing your staff into Staffany from Talenox, you can skip this step.

3.1 To sync employee details between Talenox and Staffany, key in the unique employee ID from Talenox into Staffany.

Step 4: Start running payroll

Once you have completed the setup, hit ‘Push Data’ in the StaffAny platform to Talenox to generate your payroll instantly.
