IRAS has no stipulations on the number of times you can amend and submit IR8A forms. Having said that, know that the more amendments you make, the longer it’ll take IRAS to get back to you!

Checking the status of your amendments
IRAS usually takes a few days to verify the newly submitted data and to send you an acknowledgement email. If you don’t like waiting, you can check your submission status at myTaxPortal. Just follow the steps below:
- Employers > Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) > Submit Employment Records
- Click on “BEGIN AIS SUBMISSION”
- The record can be found at the bottom half of the page.
